Maaike De Jong decided to build R.A.W to create a progressive and positive environment to all in need of achieving health and wellness. Her “Bodies Under Construction” moto has been followed by hundreds of her clients.
Maaike is the master motivator and the nucleus of R.A.W.  She is an AAAI/ISMA certified personal trainer and strength coach.

Shaun Nye

Shaun is a certified personal trainer through ACE and has eight years of full time training experience. His passion is to help others achieve their fitness dreams. Whether you are trying to lose weight, gain muscle, or just feel healthier and more mobile, shaun has a program for you. His expertise is in weight loss, full body conditioning, and plyometrics. Shaun works primarily training clients one on one, but does teach some classes including bootcamp, interval and TRX. Shaun’s favorite fitness activities are weight lifting and running.  When he is not in the gym, Shaun enjoys family time, farming, and playing guitar.
