Maaike is the master motivator and the nucleus of R.A.W. She is an AAAI/ISMA certified personal trainer and strength coach who regularly competes in CrossFit.
Maaike built R.A.W to create a progressive and positive environment to all in need of achieving health and wellness. Her “Bodies Under Construction” motto has been followed by hundreds of her clients
Gracie Harrigan is a life long resident of the greatest city! (Taunton). She attended Suffolk University and Bridgewater State University and graduated with a management and international marketing degree. She developed a love for exercise at an early age and has had the benefit of a number of personal trainers and coaches who have taught her invaluable training lessons that she is excited to pass onto others. Gracie has been a Spin instructor certified for over two years and is LOVES every class she teaches. Motivating others is what motivates her and she is beyond excited to start her journey here at R.A.W!
Shaun is a certified personal trainer through ACE and has eight years of full time training experience. His passion is to help others achieve their fitness dreams. Whether you are trying to lose weight, gain muscle, or just feel healthier and more mobile, Shaun has a program for you. His expertise is in weight loss, full body conditioning, and plyometrics. Shaun works primarily training clients one on one, but does teach some classes including bootcamp, interval and TRX. Shaun’s favorite fitness activities are weight lifting and running.
